Base Camp Australia Shipping Policy

At Base Camp Australia we endeavour to get your shipping handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. Given the extenuating circumstances with the current covid situation we apologise for any delays.

All orders are processed within Monday to Friday business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Wangara Showroom. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 business days pending stock levels. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 5pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Our delivery window for our camping accessories lasts for 60 days as stock levels may vary and we may need to order products from there suppliers. 

Shipping fees will be calculated on each product.
Shipping will be based on weights and sizing of the products times by the distance and time required to ship it. If you have any issues with the shipping please contact us on 08 8444 0481.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at marketing@basecampaustralia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
